Meet Dr. Oza & Our Team

There was a deep sense of trust, connection, and responsibility that extended far beyond the walls of an office. That experience shaped the way I practice medicine today.
Concierge medicine allows me to return to that style of care by truly knowing my patients, building long-term relationships, and providing thoughtful, personalized care focused on prevention, longevity, and overall well-being. The Family Business
Dr. Amish Oza is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who has been practicing in Ohio for over a decade. Trained at The Ohio State University, Dr. Oza is known for his thoughtful, relationship-based approach to medicine and his commitment to delivering highly personalized care to every patient and family he serves.
Medicine has always been deeply personal to Dr. Oza. Coming from a family of physicians, he grew up watching his father and grandfather care for patients with a level of trust, compassion, and connection that inspired the philosophy behind Your Concierge MD today.
Dr. Oza believes healthcare should feel more personal, proactive, and accessible. He is passionate about combining the relationship-driven care of traditional family medicine with the innovation of modern healthcare. With a strong interest in preventive medicine, longevity, advanced diagnostics, and emerging healthcare technology, he is constantly seeking new ways to help patients optimize their health and quality of life.
Patients value Dr. Oza for the time he takes to truly listen, his calm and compassionate demeanor, and his dedication to building long-term relationships rooted in trust.
Outside of the office, Dr. Oza enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, playing tennis and golf, drone photography, and staying active. He is also a devoted animal lover, and patients may occasionally be greeted by one of the office dogs during their visit.

Meet Belinda Dean, ANP-C
Belinda Dean brings more than three decades of distinguished experience in health care and a deeply personal commitment to women’s wellness, vitality, and longevity.
Belinda completed her training at The Ohio State University, where she was also a Division I collegiate scholar athlete. This experience instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for strength, performance, and the importance of optimizing the body to sustain vitality across every stage oflife. Her passion lies in helping women preserve muscle, balance hormones through midlife transitions, and maintain the energy, confidence, and resilience necessary to live and perform at their highest level.
Her clinical career includes extensive work as a trauma and critical care nurse practitioner at Level I and II trauma centers, where precision, leadership, and clinical excellence are paramount. She was a trauma surveyor for the American College of Surgeons and later founded her ownconsulting firm, partnering with hospitals nationwide to build trauma programs and achievenational verification standards.
Belinda brings a depth of expertise to concierge medicine, offering highly personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on prevention, hormonal optimization, and lifelong strength and wellness. She is devoted to helping each patient feel exceptional - not only today, but for decades to come.

Meet Ashley Bell
Ashley grew up in Palm Beach, Florida. She earned her first bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Ohio State University, followed by a second bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She completed her Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at The Ohio State University.
Her professional interests include women’s health, aesthetics, pediatrics, and wellness. Ashley’s nursing experience spans pediatrics, OB/GYN, and emergency medicine. She has completed specialized training in IUD and Nexplanon insertion as part of her FNP program and is ACLS certified and credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bella and Ellie. Her hobbies include traveling, riding her Peloton bike, practicing yoga, shopping, and catching up over coffee with friends.
